Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

As-Is: The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. o No Consequential Damages: iweeto’s liability for direct damages is limited to fees you’ve paid in the past 12 months.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. o Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data according to our Privacy Notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (for UK entities) and Nigerian law (for Nigeria entities), as applicable.
